Bar Attendant
The Ski Club of Victoria is seeking motivated Bar Attendants to work as part of our team in our 100 seat restaurant and two bars. The restaurant serves hearty luscious winter foods that connects with Alpine resorts from Europe and around the world. The ambience is casual and entertaining with a warm feel in a great winter environment.
The candidate must have previous experience in a busy environment and possess the qualities to deliver exceptional customer service. If you feel you have the experience to take on this role you are the person we are looking for.
The successful applicant will have experience making a large variety of mixed drinks and cocktails in a fast and professional manner. They will also have a good wine and beer knowledge.
You will have a current RSA certificate and ideally Barista experience.
The position is seasonal and generally starts in June through till the end of the season, usually late September.
We have contacts in other countries around the world that seek similar roles in our Summer and we are willing to help those who wish to continue the Winter experience overseas and potentially return year on year.
We pay above award wages and have accommodation available on site.
