Restaurant Manager
The Ski Club of Victoria is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead a team of staff in our 100 seat restaurant. The restaurant serves hearty luscious winter foods that connects with Alpine resorts from Europe and around the world. The ambience is casual and entertaining with a warm feel in a great winter environment.
The candidate must have previous experience in a busy environment and possess the qualities to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service. If you feel you have the experience to take on this challenging role you are the person we are looking for. Ideally you will have a current RSA certificate and Barista experience. The position is seasonal and starts at the end of May 2015 through till the end of the season, usually late September.
We have contacts in other countries around the world that seek similar roles in our Summer and we are willing to help those who wish to continue the Winter experience overseas and potentially return year to year.
We pay above award wages and have accommodation available on site.
