Cocktail Bar Tender/Barista - Applications are now being sought to work in our in our four star boutique hotel and spa at Mount Buller for the 2015 ski season.
Your duties will include working primarily in our Loft bar and lounge. The position will suit a highly experienced bar tender with both food and beverage service backgrounds. You must be able to work autonomously and demonstrate an extensive knowledge of wines and cocktails and have extensive volume barista experience. We require a team player, who is hard working, reliable and a true guest service professional. Be prepared to work a 6 day week during the season. We offer a competitive wage and live in on site shared accommodation for the successful applicant. A Minimum of 2 years experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel/resort environment is a must. Positions commence June 2015.
