Food & Beverage Manager - Applications are now being sought for this management role in our in our four star boutique hotel and spa at Mount Buller for the 2015 ski season.
The ideal candidate will be hospitality professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, have an excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and Front Office operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for the successful running of all hotel Food and Beverage outlets and accommodations in the evenings whilst on duty and have a natural flair for the very best in food and beverage delivery, guest satisfaction, an eye for detail, and a professional manner at all times. We require a team player, who is hard working, reliable and can work autonomously and effectively in a busy seasonal remote resort environment. You must be prepared to work a six day week during the season. We offer a competitive wage and live in on site accommodation for the successful applicant. Position commences 1st June 2015 to the end of the official ski season..
