Nestled among the Snow Gums within the Village Square at Mt Buller's newest hotel, Buller Central, the Powder Bar is the ideal spot for that perfect coffee, light lunch, après ski drink or traditional Italian feast.

Featuring inside and outside dining overlooking the heart of Mt Buller’s Village Square the Powder Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy an après ski drink.

In the morning, fuel up with our traditional Italian coffee and pastries, and come back for lunch and enjoy delicious paninis, pizzas, pastas and more. On Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy delicious dinners in Oli's Kitchen, with home-style Italian favourites like slow cooked osso bucco, great pizzas, pasta, tirimisu and more served in Oli's Kitchen.
