The Black Cockatoo Fine Dining Restaurant located with the Mt Buller Chalet is a must do experience for that something special, with spectacular north facing views over the high country.
Take a seat by the fire and enjoy a glass of wine off a sophisticated wine menu before settling in for the evening menu. Off the grill you will find Wagyu eye fillet or for a more delicate flavour you will find Lobster Tortellini is also on the menu.
The Black Cockatoo also offer a Tasting menu, with a wine accompaniment, perfect for a group dinner for a night that you and your friends will remember.
Breakfast is available from 7am and dinner from 6pm.

SUMMER: The Mt Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites will close on Monday the 29th September 2014 and will re-open the week commencing Monday the 1st of June 2015. The Hotel will re-open for the High Country Targa between the 5th and the 10th November. In conjunction with the Hotel closing, Apres Bar and the Black Cockatoo restaurants will be closed for the same period.
