If you arrive on the mountain the day before you start skiing you can arrange your next day’s hire from the night before - we’re open til late on Friday nights too, so you can beat the crowds on Saturday!
George’s Ski Hire is conveniently located in the Village centre as you arrive at Mt Buller in Athlete’s Walk.

Demo skis for hire
Try different brands, lengths or types of ski until you find the perfect ones to suit your skiing style and ability.
You can hire them for the day and if you decide to buy the skis the rental cost will be deducted from the total price.
Ski Boots
Ski boots can make your or break your day. At George's we have a wide range of boots in different widths and can fit anyone from toddlers up to adult's size 15.
Snowboard Hire
George's has the newest technology from the Northern hemisphere's hottest brands.
Clothing Hire - Pants and Jackets
George's carries a full range of clothing from tiny toddlers suits up to adult's size 5XL in 'Aggression' Abletex® pants & parkas ensuring warmth, comfort and dryness in all conditions.
Walking Boots
Don’t slip and slide all over the mountain. Hire some waterproof, comfortable, non slip walking boots. Available in both children's or adult's sizes. Snowproof boots also available for sale starting at $50 per pair.
Lockers
Lockers are available for hire to store your shoes and personal belongings safely and securely while you enjoy your day on the snow. Large lockers to accommodate up to 5 pairs of skis and boots with drying facilities available for hire.
