We are currently seeking experienced staff for the following positions for the 2015 Ski Season
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR / MAITRE'D
Kaptans Fine Dining Restaurant
Hotel Pension Grimus requires a multi skilled, experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Maitre'D to join the team at its fine dining restaurant.
You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in this role within Hotel/Resorts or similar F & B Operations. Applicants must be confident, well groomed, have exceptional customer service & communication skills, are able to demonstrate leadership with staff and the ability to stay in calm and in control during busy situations.
The position would suit a talented F&B person who is an experienced, motivated individual with a high proficiency in A la carte - table service. You must be able to lead the front of house team of 6 - 8 people in this busy, well-known restaurant.
Applicants should be available for the entire winter ski season and be prepared to work a six day week. Shared accommodation and meals available.
A current Victorian RSA certificate is mandatory.
FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS
Only experienced, motivated and enthusiastic persons are sought to join the front of house team in this busy, well-known restaurant.
Applicants must be well-presented, have high standards of customer service, excellent customer and communication skills and a high proficiency in a-la-carte table service.
Minimum 12 months previous experience in Hotel / Resort or similar F & B operations is required. A current Victorian RSA certificate is mandatory.

EXPERIENCED - BREAKFAST CHEF & STORES - 1 Role Only
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for the preparation & cooking of A-La Carte breakfasts to order, receiving and unpacking supplies for the kitchen, kitchen cleaning and assisting with food preparation as required.
This is a key position within our kitchen brigade, you must have attention to detail and good communication & organisational skills.
This is also a physically demanding job so applicants will need to be fit and capable of working in a very busy environment.
You will be required to work split shifts over a 6 day working week.
